See it work: log a $50 expense and a $50 savings contribution ↓
Works with a free Google account · No bank connection needed · Help included if you can't access your files
Open the PDF, click your template link and make your own copy with a free Google account. After setup, you can update your budget from the Google Sheets app on your phone or tablet. Setup is easiest on a computer, where you can see the full layout.
Prefer Excel? An XLSX export is included. A few Google Sheets features, like the days-remaining indicator and the sorted expense breakdown, are only available in the Google Sheets version, and some display formulas need a recent version of Excel.
Changing the currency symbol changes the display, not the amount. You enter your numbers manually, so no bank connection is needed.
After payment is confirmed, download the access PDF and the XLSX export. Open the PDF link and choose File → Make a copy in Google Sheets, then start in the Budget tab. One-time purchase for personal use, no subscription.
