Digital products

Zunovexa sells downloadable files. No physical item is shipped, so physical returns do not apply.

Download or file problems

If your download link is missing, the file is damaged, or you cannot access the files listed on the product page, contact us through our contact form. Include your order number, the email used at checkout, the product name and a description of the problem.

We will help you access your purchase or provide a replacement file. If a technical problem with the supplied file cannot be resolved, we will refund the affected purchase to the original payment method.

Before purchasing

Please review the product description, included files and software requirements. Some Simple Budget functions are specific to Google Sheets and may not work in Excel. Monthly Budget Tracker is supplied as an Excel workbook with a PDF guide.

Your rights

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer protection law. Refund processing times depend on the payment provider.
